Peter Pilarcik

Peter is a structural engineer focusing on the design and detailing of reinforced concrete, steel and timber elements, U-value calculations, low-energy buildings and passive-house principles, and next-generation “house-in-house” concepts. He has strong experience in façade and precast coordination from concept through to on-site resolution. He works hands-on with Allplan and SCIA Engineer and collaborates closely with site teams to solve buildability and tolerance issues. Known for a step-by-step approach and attention to detail, he helps deliver clear, constructible solutions.
