The design ensures efficient load transfer and structural stability while maintaining a streamlined and cost-effective construction process.
The hotel is built using precast concrete crosswalls, providing both load-bearing capacity and lateral stability. The structure integrates precast filigree slabs with a structural screed topping, ensuring a robust and durable flooring system.
