Rezz Hotel

This project involved the demolition of an existing four-story building and the construction of an eight-story micro-hotel over a basement. The new development features 90 bedrooms, a ground-floor bar, and ancillary spaces. The structural design prioritizes efficiency, utilizing a precast concrete framework for durability and speed of construction. Situated in a prime city-center location, the hotel contributes to Cork’s urban landscape, offering a contemporary and space-efficient accommodation solution.
